Tielines
Tieline Groups Page
‘Delete Tieline’ Button
This button deletes all the tielines you have selected in the tieline list, without warning. There is
no undo: after the tielines are deleted, you cannot retrieve them.
Tieline Groups Page
The ‘Tieline Groups’ page (under the ‘Configuration’ pane) lists all the tieline groups you have
defined in your configuration. This is a sample ‘Tieline Groups’ page:
There are 3 sections in the page:
• Filter
• Group List
• Buttons
Filter
At the top of the page is a ‘Name’ filter: if you enter text in this field, the list of tieline groups is
restricted to those groups whose names contain the text you entered.
Group List
The group list has 3 columns:
• ID. These are the database IDs of the groups.
• Group. These fields are the names of the groups.
• Description. Descriptions of the tieline groups are optional and free-format. However, it is
prudent to create meaningful descriptions. Other configurers might need to know what you
intended.
You can use click, shift-click, and control-click techniques to select any of the tieline groups in
the list.
Buttons
‘Edit Selected Tieline Groups’ Button
This button opens one or more tieline group configuration pages — one for for each of the
groups you have selected in the group list. It is in a tieline group configuration page that you
specify the tielines in the group.
