Segment index.
The segment index identifies a particular partition of a single-hop or multi-hop path.
Segment 0 is the head end of a path. For an N-hop tieline, segment N is the tail end of the
path.
You can use click, shift-click, and control-click techniques to select any of the entries in the list.
It is advisable not to modify the tieline path list or the details list. These data were calculated
by NV9000-SE Utilities. To modify the data on your own can be disastrous.
