7 The completion screen appears:
Click ‘Close’ to dismiss the installer.
The installer places shortcuts for the software under ‘Programs’ in the Windows ‘Start’ menu, in
an NVISION folder. The entries are
‘EC9700 Router Control’
‘EC9710 Router Status’.
You might wish to copy these shortcuts to the PC’s desktop.
Add the GUIs to Your NV9000 Configuration
Finally, add the GUI(s) you installed to the NV9000 configuration:
1 If you have installed the GUIs “per-computer,” get the PC’s computer name. Either
Right-click the computer icon on the PC’s desktop and choose ‘Properties’ from the context
menu that appears.
or,
Go to the ‘System’ control panel.
Read the computer name from the display:
2 If you have installed the GUIs “per-user,” get the user’s Windows user name.
3 Go to the ‘Add SW Panels’ page.
You may add the EC9700, the EC9710, or both.
