Parameter 2
The meaning of Parameter 2 depends on the Type set.
[Edit]
Opens the Properties Digital output dialog in order to edit the selected
port (see Chapter 7.10.5.1, page 825).
[Port description]
Opens a menu in order to import or export port designations.
The [Port description] menu contains the following menu items:
Import Import of a text file (*.txt; *.csv) containing the port designations. Each line is
interpreted as a port designation, empty lines will be ignored.
Export Export of a text file containing the port designations of all digital inputs.

vice type' - 'Device name' ▶ Digital outputs ▶ [Edit] ▶ Properties Digital output
The properties of the individual digital outputs are set in the Properties
Digital output dialog window.
Port
Shows the internal designation for a digital output port of the type Dig-
Out_x_y_z, where x stands for the controller, y for the digital output ter-
minal and z for the output on this terminal.
Port description
Freely selectable designation for a digital output port. This designation is
used in the program to actuate the port.
Entry 50 characters
Default value DigOut_x_y_z
The following characters must not be part of the
port designation: \, ', ., {, }, [, ].
Port specification
Shows the port specification.
Type
Selection of the port type.
The function and the graphical representation of the port varies in accord-
ance with the type.
