is rounded off to 5 decimal places, although a relational operation, for
example, is carried out using the exact value.
Parameters
Time
This parameter can be indicated either in the form of a time function or as
a variable of the Time type.
Examples
TimeToNumber(Time()) = current date and current time represented as
Number (in days since December 1899)
TimeToNumber(Time(1999;12;31;23;59;59)) = 36,525.95832
TimeToNumber(Time('TestYear';'TestMonth';'TestDay')) = Value of
the common variables as number of days as a Number
