Check the system structure:
ć Check whether using a greater basic load (mass without
workpiece) improves the behaviour.
ć Check whether the mechanical connections:
ć Drive ć moving mass,
ć Drive ć measuring system,
ć Drive ć machine frame
are backlash−free.
ć Check whether the pneumatic installation fulfils the deĆ
mands listed in the CMAX system description. Make sure
especially that the supply pressure is stable, that the tubĆ
ing is of the correct length and diameter and that the corĆ
rect screw connectors are used.
