6.1.2 Special features of the system of measurement
The following special rules apply to accessing the system of
measurement. For detailed information on the system of
measurement, see section B.1:
ć The system of measurement cannot be switched over at
will. To change the system of measurement, the axis data
must be reset.
ć After defining the system of measurement (metric / imĆ
perial), the cylinder type must be transmitted. This deĆ
fines the movement type translatorily / rotatorily.
ć Only when the system of measurement has been defined,
can PNUs be accessed that are larger than PNU 300 (exĆ
ceptions: PNU 1100, 1190).
