NN = The number assigned to community.
internet
Specifies the Internet
(well-known community).
local-AS
Specifies no sending outside the local AS (well-known
community).
no-advertise
Specifies no advertisement of this route to any peer
(well-known community).
no-export
Specifies no advertisement of this route to next AS
(well-known community).
none
Removes the community attribute from the prefixes that
pass the route-map.
additive
Adds to the existing community.

28.19 set dampening
Use this command to enable route-flap dampening and set parameters.
Use the no parameter with this command to disable it.
Set the unreachability half-life time to be equal to, or greater than, reachability half-life time.
