Settings Related to Scanner Maintenance and Inspection Cycle
[Maintenance and Inspection Cycle]
Specify the maintenance and inspection cycle for the scanner that is performed by a service engineer.
If the specified period has passed after the last maintenance and inspection date, the touch screen
displays a notification on
when you receive a [Maintenance] message.
For regular maintenance and inspection on the scanner by a service engineer, contact the distributor/
dealer where you purchased this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List if
supplied with this product, or refer to the contact information in the Contact for Inquiries section if
provided in Safety Precautions supplied with this product, and then make an inquiry.

Start up the Software Operation Panel.

From the list, select [Device Setting 2]
→
[Maintenance and Inspection Cycle].

Select [Enable] to receive a message on the touch screen when it gets closer to the time for
maintenance.
The factory default setting is [Disable].

Select the cycle to receive a message.
The factory default setting is "12 months".
