The IP address can be checked in the screen that appears via the following
procedure:
→ on the touch screen
IP address (IPv6)
Obtain IP Address
Set an IPv6 address of the scanner.
Set this item when the way for use of the scanner is [Use the scanner connected to a
computer].
● Obtain automatically (DHCP)
This is the factory default setting.
● Configure manually
When [Configure manually] is selected, specify the following items:
- Receive RA packet
Set [Receive RA packet] to on to enable an IPv6 address that has been generated
automatically.
You can check an IPv6 address that has been generated automatically in the
[Scanner Information] window.
The factory default setting is set to on.
- IP Address
- Subnet prefix length
- Default Gateway
