Is the NTP server functioning normally?
Solution
In some cases, the NTP server will not respond.
When manually specifying the NTP server, check whether the NTP server is functioning
normally.

Are the settings for the proxy server and firewall configured correctly?
Solution
Check that the settings for the proxy server and firewall on the network route between the
scanner and NTP server are configured correctly and that no unnecessary restrictions have
been configured for them.
