For M4:B3
When an error occurs during scanning (or file transfer), an incomplete version of the file may be
saved to the save destination. In that case, the name of the file being transferred will be
displayed on the error screen. Check the file and take the appropriate actions.

For M5:D4
Another scanner tried to save a file with the same name to the save destination at the same
time. Wait a while then try the scan again.

Turn the scanner off then back on.

Authentication Failed

If the authentication for PaperStream NX Manager fails, the [Error] screen on the touch screen
displays the following error code and the corresponding details and solution.

Authentication failed in Auto Login mode. Check the Auto Login
Setting.

Check the message displayed in the [Error] screen, and correct the following settings:

[Auto Login] setting on the scanner

Authentication setting for PaperStream NX Manager

To check the network settings for the scanner, press the [Set] button.
