Deleting an Email Address
This section explains how to delete email addresses that are no longer required for DirectScan.
ATTENTION
When deleting email addresses, if there are jobs that are using the same email addresses, a
confirmation screen confirming whether those jobs should also be deleted will be displayed.
1 In the main screen, press the [Send by E-mail] button.
2 In the [Select Address] screen, press .
3 In the [Edit Address] screen, press the button for the address to delete and press .
● You can select multiple addresses to delete.
● For details about the [Edit Address] screen, refer to Add Address/Change Address (page 257) .
HINT
When you select an email address and press or , the email address moves up or
down by one.
4 In the screen to confirm the deletion, press the [Yes] button.
The address is deleted from the [Edit Address] screen.
When the address is specified for jobs, the screen to confirm whether to change or delete the
jobs is displayed. Operate by following the instructions displayed on the screen.
5 Press .
The address is deleted from the [Select Address] screen.
