To check the network settings for the scanner, press the [Set] button.

Scanner Service Provider (page 248)
and then contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased
this product. Refer to the contact information in the Contact List if supplied with this product, or
refer to the contact information in the Contact for Inquiries section if provided in Safety
Precautions supplied with this product, and then make an inquiry.
DirectScan Error
If a DirectScan error occurs, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays one of the following
error codes and the corresponding details and solution.

No destination was found. Cannot connect to the proxy server.
Check the network environment.
M4:B2
No destination was found. Name resolution failed. Check the
network environment.
M4:B3
No destination was found. A network connection error occurred.
Check the network environment.

No destination was found. A network connection error occurred.
Check the network environment.
M4:B5 (*2)
No destination was found. A network connection error occurred.

M5:C0 (*3)
An error occurred in the communication with the destination.
Check the destination status.
M5:D1 (*4)
An error occurred in the communication with the destination. Too
many files exist in the destination. Check the destination status.
M5:D2
An error occurred in the communication with the destination. The
data size may have exceeded the limit. Check the destination status.
M5:D3
An error occurred in the communication with the destination. There
is insufficient disk space. Check the destination status.
M5:D4
An error occurred in the communication with the destination. You
are not allowed to access the destination. Check the destination
status.
