cfgTransAbort
Aborts the current zoning transaction.
Synopsis
cfgtransabort [token]
Description
Use this command to abort the current zoning transaction without committing it. All changes made
since the transaction was started are removed and the zone configuration database is restored to
the state before the transaction was started.
If a transaction is open on a different switch in the fabric when this command is run, the
transaction on the other switch remains open and unaffected.
Notes
The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may
be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS commands" and Appendix A, "Command
Availability" for details.
When an FCS policy is enabled, this command can be issued only from the primary FCS switch.
Operands
When invoked without an operand, this command aborts the current transaction. The following
operand is optional:
token
Specify the token ID of the transaction to be aborted. Use the cfgTransShow
command to obtain the token ID of a transaction.
Examples
To abort the current transaction:
