If you selected to prepare a certificate request in the page 2, the wizard continues, prompting
the user for the required information to complete the certificate request. Click Next to
continue.
9. Check the Copy the certificate request to clipboard option to add the contents of the certificate
request to the clipboard which can then be copied to other locations.
10. Check the Save the certificate request option to save the certificate request to an external
server and provide the server information in the fields below:
11. Click the Next button to complete the certificate request.
To Use the To field to define whether the target certificate is to be sent to the system's
local disk (Local Disk
) or to an external server (Server).
File Specify a filename for the certificate to be save as on the target server or local
disk.
Using Use the Using drop down-menu to configure whether the log file transfer is sent
using FTP or TFTP.
IP Address Specify the server IP Address used as the switch destination for certificate
requests.
User ID Enter the User ID credentials required to send the file to the target location.
Use the User ID for FTP transfers only.
Password Enter the Password required to send the file to the target location using FTP.
Path Specify the appropriate Path name to the target directory on the local system disk
or server as configured using the "To" parameter.
