Chapter 18: Acceptance testing
This chapter describes the various acceptance tests you can perform.
Meridian Link/CCR
After you have installed Meridian Link, CCR, or both, check that the
installation was successful by following the procedure below.
This procedure assumes that you have
¥ loaded the operating system (using Procedure 5 or 6)
¥ rebooted the operating system (using Procedure 7)
¥ loaded the application software (using Procedure 8)
¥ restored the configuration files and data files (using Procedure 9)
1 At the ÒConsole Login:Ó prompt, type maint and press [Return].
2 You are prompted for a password. Type the password and press
[Return]. The default password is maint.
3 At the Òmaint>Ó prompt, type fileverif and press [Return].
Messages appear as shown in Figure 295.
