Confirm or delete the OK/NG images registered for
the Tool Auto Tuning.

Display the main screen for the Tool Auto
Tuning.

Tap the [Confirmation of Registered Image]
button.

Confirm or delete the OK/NG image.
y [First] ................ Displays the first image.
y [<] ..................... Displays the previous image.
y [>] ..................... Displays the next image.
y [Last] ................ Displays the last image.
y [Delete] ............. Deletes the displayed image.
The setting is re-adjusts by
using the remaining images.

After the setting is completed, tap the
[Close] button.
The system returns to the main screen for the
Tool Auto Tuning.
