Names and Functions of the Operation Screen
Displaying the statistical
information
When the [View] button is tapped on the Menu ON
screen, the menus of [Tool View] and [Analysis] are
displayed.
If the [Statistics] button in the [Analysis] is selected,
the statistical information of judgment is displayed.
Displaying the statistical information

Tap the [View] button.
If the [View] button is not displayed, tap the [Menu]
button at the lower left corner of the monitor.
The menus of [Tool View] and [Analysis] will be
displayed.

Tap the [Statistics] button.
The statistical information will be displayed.
Contents of the statistical information are as
follows.

(1) Title
Displays the name of the sensor (Page 6-29),
program number (Page 6-7), and program
name (Page 6-12).
(2) Position adjustment status result
When the position adjustment is being set, the
position adjustment status result of the latest
judgment process will be displayed.
(3) Tool status result
Displays the status result of the latest judgment
process for each tool set in the program.
(4) [Reset] button
Resets the statistical information and the histograms.
(5) Processing time information
Displays information related to the processing
time.
y TIME ........... Displays the processing time of
the latest judgment process.
y MAX ............ Displays the maximum value of
the processing time.
y MIN ............. Displays the minimum value of
the processing time.
y AVE ............. Displays the average value of
the processing time.
(6) Trigger count information
Displays the information related to the number
of triggers.
y TrigNo ......... Displays the total number of
triggers issued. This number
does not include the number of
trigger errors.
y OK ............... Displays the number of triggers
issued with the total status OK.
y NG ............... Displays the number of triggers
issued with the total status NG.
y TrigErrNo ..... Displays the number of triggers
issued as error triggers.
