Logic Settings

Display the extended functions menu for
the Output Assignment.
“Display Method of Extended Functions

Tap the [Logic Settings] button.
The Logic Settings screen opens.

Tap the number which the logic judgement
condition is to be defined.
When an undefined detection tool has been
defined to a logic, [An undefined tool is selected.]
is displayed on the right side of the logic number.

Select the logical operation method of the logic.

When [AND] has been selected, the logic
output is the logical multiply (AND) of the
status results of each selected item.
y
When [OR] has been selected, the logic
output is the logical sum (OR) of the status
results of each selected item.

Select items to be integrated into the logic.
Red checks are displayed at the items which
"Used" is selected.
Blue checks are displayed at the items which
"Used (Inverst)" is selected.
The status result of the logic is calculated from
OK/NG of all of the items which [Used] or [Used
(Inverse)] has been set.
