Tool Auto Tuning (Automatically Adjusting the Judgment Condition)

The Tool Auto Tuning is a function to automatically
adjust the judgment condition for the detection tool
and the judgment threshold for each tool by using
multiple high-quality-targets (OK images) and low-
quality-targets (NG images).
There are three methods to register the image to
be used for Tool Auto Tuning.

Using the images taken in the Test

mode

This is the method to register the image as an
OK or an NG image to perform tuning while
preparing the multiple high and low-quality-
target and checking the results of the test
operation.

This is the method to register the image as
