Notes
This parameter is a global parameter. The value set here applies to all axes
and processes.
Function
This parameter applies only to the O.D and I.D Roughing Cycle and the
Rough Facing cycle. This parameter is used to force the control to make a
finishing pass that cuts parallel to the workpiece’s exact contour. Typically
this finishing pass is defined with the I and/or K words in the calling block.
This finishing pass is made at the same feedrate as the rough contouring
routine used.

Important: This parameter is not related to the finishing cut made by the
O.D. and I.D. finishing cycle. If an amount of material is to be left on the
workpiece to be removed later by a O.D and I.D. finishing cycle, the
finishing pass discussed here will not affect this material. This parameter
is related to the finishing pass that is made immediately after the basic
contour of the part has been roughed out with a O.D. and I.D. Roughing
Cycle or a Rough Facing Routine.
