The software refers to each AMP parameter by an identification number.
All AMP parameters have an identification number that allows for
Quick Editing.
To edit a parameter, follow these steps:
1. Press
[F4]
to pull down the Quick Edit menu.
The following screen appears:

Axis Nine’s Name : B
Axis Ten’s Name : $X
Axis Eleven’s Name : $Y
Axis Twelve’s Name : $Z
Axis Thirteen’s Name : $B

QUICK EDIT
Parameter Number : [ ]
2. Type in the number of the parameter to be edited; then press
[ENTER]

The workstation displays the parameter name and number, and waits
for a new value to be entered.
3. Select the new value.
The workstation stores the new value and returns to the current AMP
editor menu.
4. To halt the Quick Edit process, press
[ESC]
.
