Section 6 — Deployment Control Center

To minimize the impact to the system, the following rules are suggested:

1.

Before downloading a modified Wipe Transitions or DVE
Configuration table, make sure that no wipe or DVE effects are active
(i.e., selected on the control panel).

2.

After modifying any of the other tables listed above:

a.

Bypass the Maestro System.

b.

Press the

Update

button instead of the

Update and Apply

button in the

Software section of the Deployment Control Center.

c.

Select the specific channel or channels when apply changes.

d.

Select the

Clear NVRam

button; wait for the control panel to become

active.

e.

Verify that the output signals are correct.

f.

Remove the bypass of Maestro.

Auto-communication

When the control center is launched, it will request status every 30 seconds.
It will try to bring the board all the way to the “Started” state using the
current configuration. If there are files and configuration files pending on
the board, they will be activated.

However, some boards may stop at “Loading” before reaching the
“Started” state. In this case, the board may need to be manually reset with
the reset button on the board or reset through the Deployment Center
application. See Board Communication
