Jupiter AES
For Jupiter, an AES digital audio channel may be shown as a single level
named “A1.” As an example, this level could be selected for the “A1
(VENUS_1)” Signal on the table. See
Figure 79 .

Event Code Definition
The Event Code Definition table has been created to define the Severity
level for each TFT event code. This table is only needed if a TFT device is
used. This severity is assigned to the type of Text crawl that will be dis-
played on air, either Test, Watch, Warning, or User 1 through User 12.
EAS Device Settings
The settings for your preferred EAS device is outside the scope of this
manual. However, Grass Valley has some recommendations on the EAS
Device configuration using the EAS Device configuration. These configu-
ration settings are not entered in the Maestro Configuration Editor. The
appropriate EAS Device manual should be referred to for specifics as con-
figuration options and settings will vary.
