To modify the list of files or remove a file from the list, select a file, and then do any of the following:
•
Click Move Up
or Move Down
or drag the file to a new location.
•
Click Choose Pages to include a subset of pages. (Button name might change based on file type.)
•
Click Remove or press Delete.

Add headers and footers
You can add a single header and footer throughout a PDF or apply different headers and footers selectively to various
pages.

Choose Document > Header & Footer > Add. If a message appears, click Add New.

Specify font and margin settings.

In the header and footer text boxes, type the desired text. Click the buttons below the boxes to insert a page
number or date.
You can save header and footer settings for easy reuse.

Add a watermark
A watermark is text or an image that appears either behind or on top of content in a PDF.

Choose Document > Watermark > Add.

Do one of the following:
•
Type the desired text and set the font attributes.
•
Click File and browse to select the desired file.

Specify rotation, opacity, scale, location, and position.
You can save watermark settings for reuse. For example, save a “Draft” watermark to add to all review PDFs.

Add a background
A background is an image or color that’s placed behind content in a PDF.

Choose Document > Background > Add/Replace.

Do one of the following:
•
Click From Color, click the color swatch, and choose a background color.
•
Click File and browse to select the desired image file.
