• Check power supply.
• Check wiring of the main circuit power sup-
ply.
• Check MCCB, noise filter, magnetic con-
tactor.
B There is one phase where the line voltage
is low.
Check power supply.
C SERVOPACK defective. Replace SERVOPACK.
