11 MOD Functions
TNC 425/TNC 415 B/TNC 407
The MOD functions provide additional displays and
input possibilities. The available MOD functions
depend on the selected operating mode.
Available functions and displays in the PROGRAM-
MING AND EDITING mode of operation:
• NC software number display
• PLC software number display
• Code number input
• Setting the data interface
• Machine-specific user parameters
• HELP files, if provided
In the TEST RUN mode of operation:
• NC software number display
• PLC software number display
• Code number entry
• Interface setup
• Graphic display of the workpiece blank in the
working area of the machine
• Machine-specific user parameters
• HELP files, if provided
In all other modes:
• NC software number display
• PLC software number display
• Display of code digits for installed options
• Position display selection
• Selecting the unit of measure (mm or inch)
• Selecting the programming language
• Select axes for actual position capture
• Setting limits of traverse
• Display of datums
• HELP files, if provided
