For local station applications, you can choose whether to delete the HMI server project
associated with the application. For details, click Help within the Application Manager.
For details about removing a data server and deleting its cache files, see page 9-13.
To copy a local station application
1. In the Application Manager, select Site Edition (Local Station), and then click Next.
2. Select Copy application, and then click Next.
3. Select the application to copy, and then click Next.
4. Provide a name for the copy, and then click Finish.
About backing up and restoring local station applications
You also use the Application Manager tool to copy, back up, and restore a local
application. For details, see information about deploying local applications, in the
FactoryTalk View Site Edition Installation Guide.
