TWO_HOUR_SAMPLE_AGE The maximum time in seconds for retaining records
in the PM stats 2hour sample tables
(TIME_SERIES_DATA_1_2HOUR and
TIME_SERIES_DATA_2_2HOUR) in database.

in the PM stats 1day sample tables

POLICY_TYPE Type of the aging policy. 100 is Default aging; 101 is
