MISSING_TIME
States the missing time of the this ISL trunk group. If
the trunk is not missing then it will be null

MEMBER_TRACKING_STAT
US
Member added/removed status of this trunk. This is
represented as bitmap value. Each bit is set based
on membership state change. Currently only 2 bits
from LSB are used.
Bit 1 - Member added
Bit 2 - Member removed
For example if the trunk group has membership
change (some members are added and some
existing members are removed) then the value would
be 3.

Denotes whether ISL trunk member is trusted or not.
0 denotes untrusted and 1 is for trusted.

0 denotes present and 1 states that ISL trunk
member is missing.

We could change this as "States the missing time of
the this ISL trunk member. If the member is not
