4 POS and CPOS interface configuration

CAUTION
• After configuring the interface services, start the specified channel in current interface
view. This ensures that the configured services are loaded to the channel.
• The
shutdown or undo shutdown command takes effect on all the E1/T1 channels of the
CPOS interface and the serial interfaces generated.
Do as follows on the routers:
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view appears.
Step 2 Run:
controller epos cpos-number
The CPOS interface view appears.
Step 3 Disable or enable E1/T1 channel as required.

Run the

shutdown command to disable the specified E1 channel.

Run the
undo e1
el-numher
shutdown command to enable the specified E1 channel.
•
Run the
t1
tl-numher
shutdown command to disable the specified T1 channel.
•
Run the
undo t1
tl-numher
shutdown command to enable the specified T1 channel.
