Configuring the frame format
Do as follows on the routers:
Step 1
Run:
system-view
The system view appears.
Step 2
Run:
interface atm interface-number
The ATM interface view appears.
Step 3
Run
frame-format { g832-adm | g751-adm | g751-plcp }
The command configures the frame formatd.
The ATM E3 interface supports several types of frame formats. It also supports two modes of
mapping ATM cells to E3 frames, namely, Physical Layer Convergence Protocol (PLCP) and
ATM Direct Mapping (ADM).
By default, the ATM E3 interface uses the G751 PLCP format.

Configuring the scrambling
Do as follows on the routers:
Step 1
Run:
system-view
The system view appears.
Step 2
Run:
interface atm interface-number
The ATM interface view appears.
Step 3
Run:
Scramble
The command configures the scrambling.
If you enable the scrambling to transmit the data, it effectively suppresses continuous "0"s or
"1"s. The scrambling of ATM E3 is valid only for payloads and has no influence on the cell
header.
