10.9.2 Configuring the service type of a PVC
Do as follows on the routers:
Step 1
Run:
system-view
The system view appears.
Step 2
Run:
interface atm interface-number[.subinterface ]
The ATM interface or the sub-interface view appears.
Step 3
Run:
pvc { pvc-name vpi/vci | vpi/vci }
The command creates a PVC and the PVC view appears.
Step 4
Choose the following steps to configure the service type of the PVC and related rate
parameters.

Run the
service cbr
output-pcr [
cdvt
cdvt-value ] command to configure the service
type as Constant Bit Rate (CBR).

Run the
service ubr
command to configure the service type as Unspecified Bit Rate
(UBR).
•
Run the
service vbr-nrt
output-pcr output-scr output-mbs command to configure the
service type as Variable Bit Rate-Non Real Time (VBR-NRT).
