2. From the System Configuration Menu, select Omega Options.
The Omega Options Menu is shown in Figure 11.

3. On the Omega Options Menu, select Manager Password to change
the Manager password or Operator Password to change the
Operator password.
4. Enter the new password. The password is displayed as a series of
asterisks. To delete the current password without assigning a new
password, enter a space in the password field.
The default password for Manager access is “friend.”
The default password for Operator access is “operator.”
The password is case-sensitive and can be from 0 to 20 alphanumeric
characters. The password can consist of the letters A to Z in
uppercase and lowercase, as well as the numbers 1 to 9. Do not use
special characters, such as a space, asterisk (*), or exclamation point
(!).
5. Press
The new password is automatically saved by the management
software. You will be required to enter the new password the next time
you start a management session.
6. From the Main Menu, select System Configuration.
The System Configuration Menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 10
on page 46.
