Configuring the SNMPv3 User Table
This section contains a description of the SNMPv3 User Table and how to
create, delete, and modify table entries. Configure the SNMPv3 User
Table first. Creating this table, allows you to create an entry in an SNMPv3
User Table for a User Name. In addition, this table allows you to associate
a User Name with the following parameters:
Authentication protocol
Authentication password
Privacy protocol
Privacy password
There are three functions you can perform with the SNMPv3 User Table.

Creating an
SNMPv3 User
Table Entry
To create an entry in the SNMPv3 User Table, perform the following
procedure:
1. From the Main Menu, select System Configuration.
The System Configuration Menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 10
on page 46.
2. From the System Configuration menu, select SNMPv3
Configurations.
The SNMPv3 Configurations Menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 61
on page 147.
