CLI Commands Use the following CLI commands to configure Spanning Tree settings for a
switch port:

To enable or disable Spanning Tree on a port, (configure)# set
port spanning-tree-mode { | }
[...,{ | }] {disable | enable}

To specify whether a port is connected to a shared LAN segment or
a point-to-point LAN segment,
(configure)# set port point-
to-point admin status { | }
[...,{ | }] {force-true | force-false
| auto}
■
To specify whether this port is an edge port or a nonedge port,
(configure)# set port edge admin state
range> [...,] {edge-port | non-edge-port}
