Configuration procedure
To use the authentication method of EAP-TLS, configure the network properties of the connection
and the client certificate properly on the client.
For operations about how to configure PKI domain test, requesting a local certificate, and
retrieving a CA certificate, refer to PKI .
1) Configure a local user.
# Create local user usera.
Select Authentication > Users from the navigation tree to enter the Local User page. Click Add
to enter the local user configuration page, and perform the configurations shown in Figure 39-3 .

Type usera as the username.
Type 1234 as the password.
Type 1234 to confirm the password.
Select LAN-Access as the service type.
Click Apply.
2) Configure the ISP domain.
# Configure the ISP domain system to use local authentication and local authorization (The ISP domain
system uses local authentication and local authorization by default).
3) Configure the local EAP service.
