a. Key in >mngr123< as the manager account password and
press .
b. Key in >mngr123< again to confirm password and press
.
c. Key in >engr123< as the engineering account password and
press .
d. Key in >engr123< again to confirm password and press
.
e. Key in >oper123< as the operator account password and
press .
f. Key in >oper123< again to confirm password.
g. Click Next to complete the password entry.
14. At the Choose Report paper format, select the desired paper
format and click Next. Letter paper is the standard format.
15. Skip this step if the Choose ProcessLogix Server Folder window
doesn’t appear. Otherwise, click Next to accept ProcessLogix
Server as the default Program Folder for the Server.
16. Skip this step if the Choose ProcessLogix Server Diagnostic
Tools Folder window doesn’t appear. Otherwise, click Next to
accept ProcessLogix Server Diagnostic Tools as the default
Program Folder for the Server Diagnostic Tools.
17. At the Choose point mode acronyms window, click the Default
acronyms option and click Next.
18. At the Choose Fast History Rate window, choose a Fast History
collection rate and click Next. 5 seconds is the default rate.
19. Review the software installation details summarized in the
Confirmation window.

If you need to make changes, click Back to access any
previous entries.
•
If the details are okay, click Next to begin the Server setup.
This may take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
TIP
To change the Fast History Collection Rate after
installation is complete, click
