2. Double-click the System icon.
3. Click the Environment tab.
4. Select the Path from the System Variables list.
5. If the Path Value does not match the recorded path value from
before the uninstall, change the path value to the recorded
value.
6. Click Set and then click OK.
7. Close the Control Panel.
Installing Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1
Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1 is required for ALL ProcessLogix systems.
Follow the instructions below to upgrade Internet Explorer to this
newer version.
1. Insert the ProcessLogix R400.0 Knowledge Builder CD into the
CD-ROM drive.
2. Click Start
⇒
Run.
3. Key in this path location in the Open entry field or use Browse
to navigate to the ie5setup.exe file on the CD.
>D:(or your CD-ROM drive letter)\IE5_SP1\ie5setup.exe<
4. Click OK to launch the Internet Explorer setup application.
5. Click the I accept the agreement option and click Next.
6. Click the Customize option and click Next.
7. Click the list box down arrow and select Full.
8. Click Next to continue the installation.
9. When the software installation is completed, click Finish.
The system will reboot automatically.
