Updated Alarm Pager Support
The Alarm Pager option has been updated to support the escalation of
unacknowledged alarms to another pager if the alarm has been paged
and still not acknowledged after a configurable amount of time.
History Archiving Manager
The History Archiving Manager is a new way to manage the archiving
and removal of history archives. It has been designed to replace the
History Archive report. When upgrading from previous releases of
ProcessLogix your History Archive reports will be maintained. If you
want to take advantage of the new features of the History Archiving
Manager you should disable your History Archive reports and enable
the History Archiving Manager. More information is included in the
Configuration Guide.
Some of the advantages of using the History Archive Manager:

Archives history when required. This reduces overlap between
history archives that in turn reduces the amount of disk space
required for history archives.

It will allow you to specify the amount of time to keep a history
archive on disk. This functionality should not be used in this
build of ProcessLogix R400.0.
Updated Universal Modbus Support
The Universal Modbus Interface has been updated to support access
to the UMC800 Set Point Programs and Recipes.
Modbus TCP Support
The Modicon controller interface has been enhanced in this release to
support TCP/IP connections to Modbus controllers. TCP/IP
connection is enabled by selecting LANVendor and Modbus TCP on
the Port property sheet for a Modicon channel in Quick Builder.
