Short name of user logged in when determination was reprocessed. If a
new version was generated automatically by reprocessing statistically
linked determinations without alteration of determination data,

Full name of user logged in when determination was reprocessed. If a new
version was generated automatically by reprocessing statistically linked de-

User comment about the determination alteration.
Signature Level #
