Select Voice Management > IVR Services > Advanced Settings from the navigation tree, select the
Configure Service Node tab, and click Add to access the following page.

a. Enter 20 for Node ID.
b. Enter reject-call for Description.
c. Add two operations as shown in Figure 829 .
d. Click Apply.
# Configure a jump node.
