Troubleshooting
This chapter provides guidelines for troubleshooting the controller, cache module,
and external cache battery (ECB). It also describes the utilities and exercisers that
you can use to aid in troubleshooting these components. See the appendixes for a
list of LEDs and event codes. See the documentation that accompanied the
enclosure for information on troubleshooting its hardware, such as the power
supplies, cooling fans, and environmental monitoring unit (EMU).
