3.5.3 Determination series
Overview
On the tab Determination series in the subwindow Run parameters and sample
data for a determination series can be edited and run functions triggered. It in-
cludes the following tools and function:
• Operating tools
Buttons for starting, stopping, interrupting and continuing determina-
tions and series.
• Status display
Shows the current status of the workplace.
• Determination parameters
Entry of general parameters for the determinations.
• Sample data
Entry of sample data for the next determinations.
• Properties
Definition of the properties for the tab Determination series .
Operating tools
On the tab Determination series the following operating tools can be found:
Start series (short cut: Ctrl G)
Starts the first determination of a sample series. The button is present in the
status
READY (no determination has been started). If a start can be trig-
gered it is green, otherwise it is light gray. In methods with conditioning the
conditioning is started first, and then (status COND READY ) the determination
starts automatically.
Stop series (short cut: Ctrl S)
Immediately stops the running determination (or conditioning) of a sample
series. This button is present in the status BUSY (determination is running),
COND READY (conditioning criterion has been fulfilled) and COND BUSY (con-
ditioning is running) i.e. after conditioning has been started.
