REOPTIMIZE_TIMER
The number of seconds from the beginning of one
reoptimization attempt to the beginning of the next
attempt. Valid range is 300-65535 seconds. 0 is also
accepted.

Database ID of the MPLS_RSVP_LSP instance which
these parameters are associated with.
