Table 39 shows the bit number of each parameter in instance 11 and an example packet returned from a
DECS-250N. Reading a value of 0xA4 06 (1010 0100 0000 0110) for instance 11 indicates that contact
outputs 2, 5, 7, 9, and 10 are closed. The first byte is 1010 0100 and the second is 0000 0110.
