NTP Sync Lost True when NTP server has lost communications.
Null Balance True when Null Balance is achieved in both
external and internal tracking.
OEL True when the Overexcitation Limiter is active.
PF Controller
Active True when the unit is in PF mode.

Selected True when phase locked loop (PLL) is selected.

Active True when any preposition is active.

Limit (Optional) True when the calculated terminal voltage upper or
lower limit is reached and the PSS is active.
