When the FG Layout guides are turned OFF, Live view uses CEF Webkit for rendering. Fluid Grid pages in Live view with FG Layout guides ON
continues to use the old Apollo Webkit for rendering. Live view features such as Navigation (address bar), Inspect Mode, and Live Code are
available only in the CEF mode.
