1.6.1 Basic Cluster Configuration Example
I. Network requirements
Three switches compose a cluster, where:

An S3100-52P switch serves as the management device.

The rest are member devices.
Serving as the management device, the S3100-52P switch manages the two member
devices. The configuration for the cluster is as follows:
z
The two member devices connect to the management device through
Ethernet1/0/2 and Ethernet1/0/3.
z
The management device connects to the Internet through Ethernet1/0/1.
